For the GLP-1 generation · Launching Spring 2026

Eating on Ozempic shouldn't feel like a second job.

Regular recipe sites weren't built for a shrinking appetite and a 60g protein target. FoodeeNation is the meal planner and recipe vault for people living the GLP-1 life — small portions that still hit your macros, nausea-friendly ingredients, and grocery lists that actually fit your week.

Every recipe site assumes you're hungry.

When your appetite drops by 70% overnight, "30-minute weeknight dinners" stop being useful. You don't need more recipes. You need a system that understands what's actually on your plate.

i.

Portion sizes from another era

A 12-oz chicken breast isn't a meal anymore. Most recipe sites can't scale down without turning math into a chore.

ii.

Protein targets nobody tracks

You need 100-150g of protein a day to keep muscle on GLP-1 meds. Pinterest recipes don't care. Your doctor did.

iii.

Nausea triggers, unflagged

High-fat, spicy, or greasy? That's next-day regret. No generic planner warns you before you've prepped it.

One planner. Your meds, your phase, your kitchen.

Tell us which medication, which dose, and what you actually like eating. We handle the portioning, the protein math, and the grocery list. You handle dinner.

Protein-first meal planner

Hit 100-150g a day without thinking about it. Every meal auto-scales to your dose, your weight, and your phase.

Nausea-risk scoring on every recipe

Green, amber, red. Built from a library of 400+ GLP-1 user reports on which foods sit well and which wreck you.

Grocery lists that fit real life

Auto-generated weekly lists, sorted by store aisle. One-tap export to Instacart, Walmart, or your Notes app.

Phase-aware recipes

Starting dose, titration, maintenance, off-cycle. What works in week 2 isn't what works in month 9.

Private recipe library

800+ original recipes, professionally tested, each with protein-per-dollar and prep-time scoring. No 1,500-word SEO preambles.

The community, finally

A private space for people eating on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound. Not diet culture. Not before/after. Just food that works.

Whichever phase you're in, we've been there.

Just started

The first six weeks.

You're nauseous, you're not sure what to eat, and half the food in your fridge suddenly feels revolting. Our starter plans focus on bland, cold, protein-dense meals that stay down.

Titrating up

The adjustment curve.

Bigger doses, smaller appetite, real muscle-loss risk. We shift your plan to protein-forward, volume-smart meals that fit a stomach that's barely there.

Maintenance

The long haul.

Six months in. You've lost the weight. Now you need a way of eating that holds without the cognitive load. Our maintenance plans run on autopilot.

The things we keep getting asked.

Is this medical advice?
No. FoodeeNation is a meal-planning tool and recipe library. We are not a substitute for your prescribing clinician, a registered dietitian, or your endocrinologist. Our recipes are developed with input from credentialed RDs, but nothing here replaces the care team you're already working with.
Which medications does this work for?
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, and Saxenda. The planner adjusts portion-scaling and nausea-risk weighting based on which medication and dose you're on. If you're on a compounded GLP-1, that's supported too.
When does it actually launch?
We're targeting a public launch in Spring 2026. Founding member access opens 30 days earlier. You'll get an email the moment signups open — no marketing drip, no 12-email onboarding sequence.
What if I stop taking GLP-1 meds?
The maintenance-phase plans are designed for people transitioning off or cycling through breaks. Protein targets, volume strategies, and satiety-building meals carry over. You don't have to be on a medication to use FoodeeNation, but the product is built for people who are or have been.
How is this different from Carb Manager, MyFitnessPal, or Noom?
Those tools track what you ate. FoodeeNation plans what you'll eat — specifically for a stomach that's smaller, a protein target that's higher, and a list of foods your medication has made intolerable. We're a planner, not a tracker, and we're the only one built GLP-1-first.
Who's behind this?
A small, independent team that includes people on GLP-1 medications themselves, along with registered dietitians and recipe developers who've worked with clients navigating GLP-1 eating since 2022. We're not a pharma company. We're not backed by a meal-kit brand. This is its own thing.
